Job description
The Ticket to life and Youth Engagement Project Manager supports the effective coordination, quality implementation, and monitoring of the Arab Region Ticket to Life (TTL) Programme delivered through several National Scout Organizations . The role ensures leading the launching of the program at the regional level and support the national project, more over this role will also support the Youth Engagement Initiatives in the region through supporting the International leadership Training program and NLT at the national level through the strong collaboration between Membership Support, and Business development teams and country implementation teams.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Coordination & Implementation Support
Lead the establishment of the TTL program within the region, mainly leveraging the existing experiences in other regions and develop the fundamentals of the program tailored to the Arab Region
Support regional coordination and implementation of the TTL plan with the NSOs and relevant internal teams ( consultants etc. ) according to NSOs services framework.
Maintain an updated TTL work-plan, implementation tracker, and calendar of key milestones (training, monitoring, reporting).
Monitoring, Documentation & Quality Reporting
Support collection and validation of results data (beneficiaries, activities delivered, indicators) at all levels ( Regional and National ) and maintain an up-to-date project dashboard
Consolidate inputs from NSOs and support preparation of high-quality narrative reporting and supporting documents conducting quality checks in collaboration with NSO Project managers and GM coordinators
Coordinate timely submission of required progress updates and final reporting, in line with grant requirements and internal standards.
Grants Management Coordination (with BD team)
Coordinate closely with the Business Development on donor compliance, reporting formats, documentation, and audit-ready filing.
Support NSOs in understanding required grant documentation and reporting expectations (templates, timelines, minimum evidence).
Support the Youth Engagement
Support the implementation of the International Leadership Training (ILT)
Support the National Leadership Training at the NSOs Level within the ILT frameworks
Support the coordination of the Youth Advisor and youth initiatives in the region (Youth Prize, Youth Forums, etc. )
Support the Membership support team
Support the Membership Support Team in updating and maintaining the Services Platform, including ensuring the submission and tracking of services related to TTL and Youth Engagement .
Support updates to the directory and NSO Portal, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of NSO profiles and related data.
Support communication with NSOs regarding programme coordination, platform updates, and implementation processes.
Contribute to the work-streams and activities linked to the Regional Triennial Plan and the broader operational framework.
Job requirements
Experience and Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in project management, international development, social sciences, business administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2-4 years of experience supporting projects/programmes (youth, education, inclusion, humanitarian/development preferred).
Fluency in Arabic and English written and spoken is essential. Literacy in any of the other World Scouting languages (Spanish, French) is an asset.
Experience working with diverse partners/volunteers and coordinating across multiple stakeholders is an asset.
Scouting experience is an advantage.

Terms and Conditions
The WSB offers a range of tangible and intangible working benefits. This is a full-time position with a one year contract under local law.
A salary paid monthly will be appropriate to the seniority of the role.
The position is based in Arab Support Centre in Cairo. Remote employment will not be considered for this role. This position is open for local hire only
Contractual hours of work are a minimum of 40 hours per week, Sunday through Thursday, but additional hours may be required for the effective performance of the role for which there will be no additional remuneration. The successful candidate must be willing to work in the evenings and on weekends, when necessary.
The holiday entitlement is 21 days per annum plus public holidays in Egypt
