Location: India – New Delhi
Duration: Four months
Overall purpose:
The Project Manager, Organizational Development (APR BMC and NSAT), is a member of the Organizational Development team within the WSB Asia-Pacific Support Centre, Makati City, and will be reporting to the Director, Organizational Development. The person filling this position will serve as the primary point of contact for APR BMC & KDU (Asia-Pacific Region Basic Management Course and General Sir John Kotelwala Defence) university-accredited management course, managing day-to-day student engagement, ensuring smooth course operations; and manage the piloting of the National Standard Assessment Tool (NSAT) and finalizing the Program with necessary guideline and tools to be implemented by the NSOs (National Scout Organizations).
Role description:
Key responsibilities
The main responsibility of the Project Manager, Organizatioanl Development – APR BMC and NSAT are:
APR Basic Management Certificate Course (KDU accredited)
Serve as the primary liaison between students, faculty, and the university, offering prompt and professional assistance.
Oversee registration processes, enrolment tracking, attendance monitoring, and other administrative functions.
Maintain accurate student records in compliance with university
Coordinate scheduling and logistics for classes, exams, and any extracurricular activities associated with the course.
Ensure the course program is updated meeting the university requirements and assist with development of course materials and resources.
Support and manage student events, working with university staff and Scouting Resource persons.
Maintain student data, including contact information, academic progress, and feedback, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Compile and analyze data to create reports on student attendance, performance, and overall program effectiveness.
Ensure all student management activities comply with university policies, accreditation requirements, and data protection laws.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of support services, seeking feedback to improve student satisfaction and course outcomes.
National Standard Assessment Tool (NSAT)
Implement standardized assessment processes to evaluate sub-national performance through NSAT
Work closely with NSO management teams to develop action plans for addressing identified performance gaps.
Assist in training and guidance to NSO teams on benchmarking methodologies, quality standards, and performance assessment tools.
Other Responsibilities:
Services as may be required by the Director, Organizational Development Asia-Pacific Support Centre.
Job requirements
Knowledge/skills/qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Master’s degree or certification in student management or academic administration is a plus.
2-3 years of experience in academic administration, student services, or a similar role within higher education or professional development.
Experience in Scouting is preferable
Personal qualities/requirements
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
Efficiency in verbal and written communication skills in English
Effective Presentation and reporting capability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with student management software or learning management systems
Familiarity with data privacy standards and accreditation processes in higher education.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
Ability to work with professional and volunteer colleagues at all levels of the Movement.

Terms and conditions
The position is a project-based appointment. It is a fixed term of 4 months:
The salary will be paid on the 2nd day of each month and will be appropriate to the seniority of this role.
The position is based in New Delhi, India.
Contractual hours of work are a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, but additional hours may be required for the effective performance of the role. The successful candidate must be willing to work in the evenings and on weekends, when necessary.
The successful candidate is expected to report for duty on 06 January 2025
